PROCESSING AND SHIPMENT

Our products are handmade to order and can take up to 5 business days to make and ship. However, they are mostly done quicker than that! Processing time is Monday - Friday not including weekends and holidays.

ORDER TRACKING

Please make sure to enter the correct address before placing your order.  

Once the order is shipped, you'll receive an email giving you your tracking number as well as a link to be able to track it. You are responsible for tracking your own package. If you have any questions or concerns about an order feel free to contact us. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

Before reporting non-receipt of a package, please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates, family members or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered. If a problem occurs and you don't receive your package, make sure to communicate with your designated courier.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer standard shipping (package gets delivered between 3 to 5 business days) on all orders. To get your package earlier, you can upgrade to Express, Two Days or Next Day at an additional cost. Our packages will be shipped via USPS. Please note that, shipping rates are not made by us, they are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 
ADDRESS CORRECTION

Please make sure that your address is accurate. After an order is placed, we do not change any addresses. If your order gets returned back to us because you provided the incorrect address you will be charged a $10.00 re-shipment fee.
